The six low-mid and single high-mid balanced armature drivers from its predecessor have been thoughtfully re-engineered to maximise space and incorporate 3D-printed acoustic tuning features, ensuring a remarkable audio experience.

Utilising A True Isobaric Configuration And Upgraded Magnet And Low Pass Filter

64 Audio employs an innovative cone-to-magnet isobaric driver configuration, featuring two dynamic drivers connected via an acoustically inert coupling chamber. One diaphragm is entirely sealed off, with only the other responsible for sound generation. This intricate setup offers several advantages, including enhanced damping, reduced distortion, doubled power handling due to two coils and motor structures, and an extended low-frequency response. By wiring the iso-group in series, 64 Audio collaborated with their suppliers to create an improved 9mm dynamic driver equipped with an upgraded n54 magnet and a diaphragm made of 25μm PU/115°C + 19μm Ti Cone, resulting in increased sensitivity. Additionally, they used a high-precision textile mesh acoustic low-pass filter, developed for the Fourté Blanc, to further fine-tune the sound.

64 Audio Volür features the use of Tubeless In-Ear Audio (tia) methodology and tia waveguide to deliver clean and clear audio. The direct-radiating tia high-driver is fitted with the new tia waveguide to increase the efficiency and general amplitude of the HF band. To refine this HF response, special diffusion windows were integrated into the front and side of the waveguide. The tia waveguide also serves as a mounting mechanism, mating to the mid-driver housing, offering exact driver positioning during manufacturing.
